Mitsubishi will reveal three new concepts at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show


The next edition of the Tokyo Motor Show will take place from November 23 to December 1, and promises to be a exciting one. With well over a month to its beginning, Mitsubishi started to reveal a little of what is going to bring to this Motor Show, and from what we can see in these teasers, it looks good.

Cadillac revealed the 2015 Escalade


The Cadillac Escalade has consistently been chosen by the rich, and in particular by rappers, as their everyday car. Most of the times they just put enormous wheels, darken the windows, and paint the car black, so it is with no surprise that the introduction of a new version is entitled to a lot of attention.

Caterham revealed a new concept at the 2013 Singapore GP


This somewhat ugly creation named AeroSeven was shown for the first time at the SingTel Singapore Grand Prix, and was described as "an exciting new performance concept road car". The announced performance figures are really good, but the design is the only thing that bothers me.

Q by Aston Martin. New bespoke personalization service


Aston Martin revealed a new bespoke personalization service at the Frankfurt Motor Show for consumers that want "to enhance and personalize their cars with meticulous attention to detail". You will be able to choose almost everything on the inside and the exterior.

Toyota shows a little more of the Yaris Hybrid-R


We already knew almost everything about this 400PS (395bhp or 294kW) pocket rocket. Now, we can get a better look of it. But first, i'll do a short summary of what we can expect from the 3-door Yaris. It comes with a 1.6-liter Global Race Engine (GRE) developed by Toyota Motorsport (TMG) and two electric motors.

Honda did not reveal the long awaited Civic Type R, but did reveal a little more about this car that is to be on the market from 2015. Manabu Nishimae, President, Honda Motor Europe revealed this hot hatchback will be powered by a turbocharged 2- liter engine that generates at least 280PS (206kW or 276bhp).

Bentley introduces the Continental GT V8 S and GT V8 S Convertible


Bentley must have felt the Continental GT V8 needed a little more power, so they introduced this new version that also uses the same V8 petrol engine but suffered many changes. The output generated by the 4-liter, twin-turbo V8 increased to 528PS (521bhp or 389KW) at 6,000rpm and to 680Nm (502lb/ft) at 1,700rpm.

Official: Suzuki brings the iV-4 Concept to Frankfurt


Suzuki premiered its new compact SUV concept, the iV-4, at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Heir to Suzuki’s DNA, this new compact vehicle embodies a new automotive idea, the personal compact SUV. This idea is also promoted by the name iV-4, since "i" stands for “individuality”, “V” means "vehicle”, and “4” for “four wheel-drive”.

Finally, Renault showed the last of 6 concept cars in the design strategy initiated by Laurens van den Acker, called “Life Cycle”. For those who do not remember, we have Love (DeZir), Explore (Captur), Family (R-Space), Work (Frenzy), Play (Twin’Z and Twin’Run) and the last one is Wisdom, represented by the Initiale Paris Concept.

The Mercedes S-Class Coupé Concept shows its face


The new S-Class received very positive reviews and Mercedes wants to take advantage of that by presenting the coupe version, creating what Mercedes describes as "an automotive masterpiece", and a "design icon and an expression of modern luxury“ that uses the brand's design philosophy "sensual clarity".

Nissan reveals the new X-Trail (Rogue in the U.S.A.)


Frankfurt was the venue chosen by Nissan to unveil the all-new X-Trail (if you live in the U.S., its name is Rogue) compact sport utility vehicle. This SUV will be one sale from July 2014 and will be built in different manufacturing sites around the world to supply all markets where it is sold.

Infiniti shows more of the Q30 concept


Another concept that had its premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show is the Q30. This car previews the entry into a new segment for the Japanese car manufacturer composed of smaller cars aimed at a younger audience, but till having a premium feel and look.
