Citroen also prepared something for the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Meet the DS3 Cabrio Racing


This small concept wants to join together the performance of the DS3 Racing with the advantages of having the cabrio version. And it does, because it is just 25kg heavier than the hatchback, meaning it still is fast and agile, but you can still take a stroll along the sea while looking at the stars.

Official: Here's the 2014 Peugeot RCZ R [Updated]


What you have here are the first official images of the fastest Peugeot RCZ manufactured until today. The car was going to have its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this weekend but someone decided they better show it now, and it looks really good, specially because it looks pretty much like the concept, with the obvious exception being the color scheme.

Jaguar will also bring a special car to the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Meet the Project 7 [Video]


This special Jaguar F-Type has the name Project 7 as a way to pay homage to Jaguar’s seven Le Mans wins, while its blue paintwork is reminiscent of the victorious D-types of 1956/1957. It is a single-seater one-off design created by the team led by Director of Design, Ian Callum, and could serve to preview the upcoming R version of the F-Type.

Caterham replaces the R500 with the Seven 620R


The most powerful model of the English brand has a replacement, and it's called 620R. Caterham will have the public reveal in a few days at the Goodwood Festival of Speed to celebrate 40 years of developing and building the Seven, an iconic lightweight sportscar, which has become one of the fastest accelerating cars in the world.

Peugeot introduced at last year's Paris Motor Show the Peugeot RCZ R Concept, and soon became one of the most anticipated cars of this year. Luckily, we will not have to wait much longer because Peugeot is putting the finishing touches on this little lion, which will be officially unveiled at the Goodwood Festival of Speed that will begin on July 12.
