2014 Skoda Yeti got leaked! Doesn't look special like the previous model

Once again our Russian friends have posted on their page the first official images of the redesigned Skoda Yeti. One of its distinguishing characteristics were the fog lights, which were placed in an elevated position, close to the headlights (they now have LED DRL). Unfortunately, it seems they are now placed in more normal, lower position on the bumper.

The rest of the bumper and front grille was also redesigned, and are closer to the design philosophy followed by recent models from the Czech company. The tail lights were also redesigned and now have a new cluster with C-shaped LED lights. The tailgate also suffered a small change, were the license plate is placed.

Inside, we don't see any large changes. The steering wheel is new, but everything else seems to be the same. Don't be fooled by the good looking materials, since this vehicle is used to publicize the new Yeti, it has the better materials. We will have to wait for the official word from Skoda to confirm if there is an overall increase in the quality of the interiors.

The engine lineup should receive a few changes and upgraded engines, but that also needs confirmation, which should not take long.
